By accessing or using UdyamPilot ("Service"), operated by Sidewall Financial Services Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UdyamPilot is a GST and MSME compliance platform designed for Indian micro, small, and medium enterprises. The Service enables users to file GST returns, track Udyam registration status, manage compliance deadlines, generate GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B reports, and stay updated with regulatory changes. The platform provides tools for invoice management, input tax credit reconciliation, and compliance calendar tracking.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including valid GSTIN and business details where applicable. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false or fraudulent GST returns or compliance documents through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our written permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Use the Service to evade tax obligations or regulatory requirements

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Sidewall Financial Services Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data, financial records, and compliance documents uploaded to the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. UdyamPilot is a compliance assistance tool and does not constitute professional tax, legal, or financial advice. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all filings and compliance submissions. We are not liable for any penalties or consequences arising from incorrect filings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sidewall Financial Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide you with the ability to export your compliance data before account deletion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
